Robert E. Maciorowski to Speak at National Workers' Compensation and Occupational Medicine Conference - July 20-22, 2010 in Cape Cod

Robert E. Maciorowski has been asked to speak at the upcoming Seak, Inc.'s 30th Anniversary National Workers' Compensation and Occupation Medicine Conference scheduled for July 20-22, 2010 in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.  He will review the interplay between ADA and workers' compensation statutes.  Topics include leaves of absence, reasonable accommodation, medical certifications, return-to-work examinations, light duty, pre-existing conditions and physical stressors on the job.  A founding member of the National Workers' Compensation Defense Network, Mr. Maciorowski was recently inducted by the American Bar Association as one of three Fellows to the College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers.  Throughout his career, he has written extensively on workers' compensation and related matters.  For information on this seminar and other events during the three days, please contact Mr. Maciorowski or Julie Garrison of the firm at 312/627-0600 or go to www.seak.com
